UCC/IPMC Appeal Board
Pursuant to Brentwood Borough’s adoption of the Uniform Construction Code, the UCC Board of Appeal was formed in 2005.  The body meets on an as-needed basis to rule on challenges to violation letters, citations, and project denials made in accordance with the Uniform Construction Code or the International Property Maintenance Code.  The three members of this committee have extensive experience in engineering or the construction trades.
